Lacy is a native Texan and lives on a small homestead south of Houston with her husband. She raises Nigerian Dwarf goats, chickens for both eggs and meat, and heritage breed turkeys. While animals are her passion, she also enjoys gardening and growing fruit trees, especially citrus, which thrive in the Texas gulf coast.
